Rebranding to Blouberg Holiday Rentals by AirAgents

One of these new changes is the rebranding of Blouberg Holiday Rentals to Blouberg Holiday Rentals by AirAgents. AirAgents was born from the need to have a name that allows us to expand throughout South Africa – unfortunately; Blouberg Holiday Rentals was limiting us in terms of the goals we wanted to achieve. AirAgents currently has a national footprint, with establishments being managed from Cape Town all the way up the coast to Durban.

This rebrand will serve to improve our property management services going forward, and comes with a wealth of new industry leading technologies that we have developed. Through AirAgents, we will be extending our services to home owners seeking property management solutions in and around South Africa.

All of our existing home owners, as well as new home owner’s that are interested in utilizing our services, will have access to our new Online Owner App, which has been in development for over a year. This new online app integrates useful features and will provide home owners with complete control, while also enhancing various aspects of our property management services.

Owner Login – Home owners are able to view their real-time calendar, guest bookings, expenses, reports and previous owner statements through the click of a button – no more waiting for feedback, thanks to our advanced software, our valued home owners are provided with easy access to the information that they require.

Property Management System – Our system synchronizes availability across all major booking platforms in South Africa and internationally, even auto-generating cleaning schedules and tasks. These schedules and tasks reach staff members through an instant notification, sent from our Staff App to their mobile devices.

Staff App – Our team is equipped with mobile devices that receive notifications from our Staff App. This provides staff members with updated and in-depth information on any property that they visit, which in turn adds value to guest experiences in your home.

This new Online Owner App also allows us to manage guest reviews more efficiently, as we know full well the importance of showcasing guest reviews, which entices more guests to book. Our AirAgents team can complete check-ins, cleans and even load expenses in real time, thanks to this dedicated Staff App.
